1st Line Support Engineer

A first line support is needed to join a global leader in medical device design. They manufacture life enhancing devices that help patients across the globe. They are constantly innovating new products to find new ways to help the people that need it most.

They are looking for a 1st line support, who can provide technical support to all their offices. You’ll be responsible for assisting the IT service desk team lead, in delivering 1ST-class support service. You’ll be resolving issues over the phone and remotely, so customer service skills are key for this position. The day-today activities are incredibly varied, so rest assured you won’t be bored, and have the chance to be exposed to lots of different cool tech!

The great thing about this in particular is, despite this being an IT role, there is no IT experience required. This means that this role is perfect for someone looking to make that jump into the IT sector. All training will be provided by the company, and you’ll be actively encouraged to take qualifications and pick up new skills.

This role does not offer flexible working arrangements and would be required to come to the office, a drivers license is also required for the role.
