The role in a nut shell

Working on a thriving help desk, you’ll get stuck straight in hitting the ground running. You’ll use your expertise in troubleshooting and resolving challenging technical issues using your skills in Cloud, Azure, VMWare, Hyper V and all aspects of cyber security. You’ll be problem solving and putting your skills in commercial customer service to good use whilst all the time learning and developing across all areas too.
