About the Role

As Support Team leader you will deliver support and maintenance of a number of enterprise applications and integrations built in Microsoft technologies. You will manage a team of 5 software support developers and keep these products reliable, performant and secure. You will drive improvements in process, collaborate closely with the development team and prioritise and manage workload. You will be supported as you increase effectiveness with innovative ideas to reduce administrative burden and recurring issues, working to empower and support first-line teams.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have a good understanding of software development, cloud hosting and issue management, and be able to balance competing interests in a pragmatic way. You might be a developer with leadership qualities who is ready to step into a team lead role, or you might be a project or operations manager with a strong technical background. You should be able to inspire a team and support and develop them as they deliver high quality work, on schedule. You will be accustomed to communicating with a range of stakeholders and building strong relationships that help you deliver on departmental priorities.
